Unfortunately I have to deduct one star because shipping took a really long time. Had ordered it in December and only received it in February. Customer service was always friendly yet they couldn't always tell me exactly where the package was. And a wrong shipment number I had also received... finally arrived my chain and I am very pleased with the quality.
