WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We do not charge for shipping.

TO WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER?
We ship free of charge worldwide.

For international shipments across multiple borders, shipping may take a little longer.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping currently takes 2 to 14 days.

Please note that we also have a production time for items with a personal engraving. These items are handmade with love and sometimes take up to 14 working days to produce.


However, because of COVID-19, it can take up to 42 days in total.


HOW DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE PLACE?
Delivery is made with our logistics partners DHL/Hermes/DPD from Monday to Saturday. If the delivery person is unable to deliver the parcel to you, they will leave a notification card in your letterbox. The parcel will then be ready for collection at your post office for 7 working days.
